“For one thing I loved the space Lamees set up, it made me feel excited to do the session. I also felt really safe, it allowed me to express in ways I never have in a breath work session. What I loved the most was Lamees matching my expression and pushing me to express more. She was very present, I felt like I had all the attention and I really felt an essence of safety within the session. It was great when I was time to share, I said a lot and Lamees was so accepting of all I was saying and expressing. I even got to write in my journal before sharing which was nice. Lamees suggested I bring a snack for afterwards which made the sharing afterwards much more comfortable.”

I had a powerful Somatic breathwork session with Lamees, the session was an in-person one and Lamees created a comfortable space for the session and explained beforehand the different breath exercises we were going to do and answered my questions. The session was very powerful, and I ended up with a lot of realizations and clarity out of it. It was healing and enabled me to process grief and express emotions that were stored in my body, I found Lamees knowledgeable, and she helped me integrate at the end of the session. Highly recommend this somatic breathwork healing.

“Lamees explained what Somatic Breathwork is really well and what the session would consist of. I really enjoyed the second half the session I found it a lot easier to get into my body as I’m usually quite hyped up from work and daily life stressors and found I could drop into the body a lot better in the second half and Lamees’ tone of voice was very soothing so much so that I nearly fell asleep 😊. Lamees was so good at holding space and gave me permission to be fully seen and felt. It was very comforting to be able to be held by her (virtually). Lamees gave me an opportunity to share how the session went for me it was good. I really enjoyed it, Lamees really made me feel safe, hard seen and felt.”

“Going to talk to you about a really cool experiment I tried today.. So it is called “1:1 Somatic Breath-work session” - it was absolutely life changing like you think you breathe enough until you find yourself breathing in such a way that releases tension, hidden emotions, and lots and lots of trauma and unexplained anger. I don’t even really know how to express it enough but it was intense —At least my experience. The session was 2 hours its guided by an amazing breathwork trainer “Lamees” and she just has her own touch on it.. like she just knows the right words the right sentences and really made me feel super comfortable and it was a nonjudgmental zone so if you needed to punch a wall she has a way to let you release it. ‘Safely’ lol I found myself un layering so much of my past and it was just ready to leave me once and for all.. Really worth the 2 hours of deattachment from the world.. it was like a therapy session /gratitude/ healing from so many things.. I’m all about my religion did my research before doing something like this so I found that there was not contraindications but do your research and Allaho subhano a3lam- (if you are muslim). Many don’t know that I am diagnosed with depression and anxiety ever since 2019- so having something to help me on these difficult days and during my elongated depressive episodes makes a huge difference- along with all the amazing people surrounding me.
