Before the session:

Hey! So you are ready to book a session!

First of all let me congratulate you, You did the hardest step, which is to put yourself first!

Second before you go ahead and book, I want to make sure your experience is a lovely one. So here are a few CONTRAINDICATIONS that you need to read to make sure this session is safe for you:

  • This breath work is intended as a personal growth experience and should not be looked upon as a substitute for psychotherapy.

  • It is not appropriate for pregnant women, for persons with cardiovascular problems, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, history of seizures, stroke, major psychiatric conditions, recent surgery, acute infectious illness or epilepsy.

  • If you have any doubt about whether you should participate, please consult with your primary care physician.

  • Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.

Now that you know it is safe for you, payment can be done through PayPal or In person.

After booking I will call you to confirm where the session will be done, if it is an in-person session.

Remember to wear:

- Wear comfortable clothes and remove anything restrictive before the session.

- Bring a journal to jot down your insights after the session.

-Bring a water bottle and a snack to replenish after the session.
